Ryan Weston
Head of Technical CommitteeRyan Weston is a P. Geo, and he is the head of the W2 Technical Committee enhancing the technical team and experience in the region. Ryan brings a wealth of technical skill to the team with over 10 years’ experience working in the Ring of Fire, most recently as VP Exploration with Wyloo Metals where he led the exploration efforts for magmatic Ni-Cu-PGE, Cu-Zn VMS and mesothermal gold mineralization for the company. Ryan’s intimate understanding of the magmatic Ni-Cu-PGE-Cr mineralizing systems of the Ring of Fire will be a huge asset for the company as it advances the W2 Project.
Dr. James Mungall
Technical AdvisorDr. James (Jim) Mungall, P.Geo., a recognized world expert in the study of magmatic Ni-Cu-PGE deposits, will be joining the W2 Technical Committee. Jim has significant experience in the Ring of Fire, having served as Noront Resources’ Chief Geologist in the early days of discovery at Eagle’s Nest. He is now Professor of Earth Sciences at Carleton University where he teaches and studies mineral deposits.
Ike Osmani, P.Geo.
Technical AdvisorMr. Osmani is a professional geologist with an MSc degree in geology and geophysics from The University of Windsor and a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia. He has 35 years of experience in field-based mineral exploration as well as resource development and research encompassing geological mapping, geophysical data interpretation, diamond drill program supervision, core logging, field project planning and supervision, and preparation of NI 43-101 technical reports as a Qualified Person (“QP”). Mr. Osmani has experience with many mineral deposit types in the Precambrian Shield of Canada and internationally, including lode gold, magmatic copper-nickel-PGE, VMS, banded iron formation, manganese, rare-earth elements, and lithium-rich, rare element pegmatites. Mr. Osmani co-developed and published a shear-hosted gold model for far northwestern Ontario and is credited with developing a NI43-101-compliant gold resource of about a million ounces (Indicated and Inferred categories) in 2011 for the Foundation Resources’ Coldstream Project in Shebandowan Greenstone Belt (now owned by Goldshore Resources). He also discovered Titanium-Vanadium mineralization while exploring and developing a magmatic Ni-Cu-PGE deposit in 2001 on Aurora Platinum Corporation’s Lansdowne House property (now Platinex’s W2 property).
Dave Bell
Technical AdvisorWith 25 years of experience in community engagement, government relations, and environmental permitting Dave brings significant knowledge and experience to the team. This includes as former Director of Environment at Wyloo Metals (Canada) and project management at the Impact Assessment Agency of Canada and the Ontario Ministry of Environment Conservation and Parks. Dave has worked on permitting and engagement of mineral exploration, mine development and reclamation projects across Canada with a focus in the region PTX operates. Throughout his career Dave has been involved in more than 100 environmental assessments of energy, mining and infrastructure projects.

Wes Roberts
Technical AdvisorWes Roberts, M.Sc., P.Eng., MBA is a professional mining engineer with over 40 years’ experience specializing in the economic evaluation and development of mineral deposits. Mr. Roberts is a Director of Sparton Resources, Golden Share Resources, Aurum Lake Mining and Canadian Gold Miner. Over his career, Mr. Roberts has gained extensive experience in mineral exploration, mining operations, Project engineering and management as well as diverse mining engineering experience that includes precious metals, base metals, iron ore and industrial minerals. Mr. Roberts has held numerous positions in the mining industry, which include Canada Talc Limited, Derry Michener Booth & Wahl, Davey International, Bharti Engineering, GMP Securities, Inco Ltd, Breakwater Resources Ltd (VP Corporate Development), VP Mining to Heenan Blaikie LLP, and Mineral Engineering Consultant with Dorsey & Whitney LLP, and most recently as Co-Chair Technical Committee at Sigma Lithium. Since 2011, as a consultant, he has actively advised and represented the Inuit Regional Associations of the Territory of Nunavut, (Arctic, Canada) and several Ontario based First Nations. Mr. Roberts holds a B.Sc. (Mining Engineering) and M.Sc. (Mining Engineering) from Queen’s University, and an M.B.A. (Finance) from the Schulich School of Business (York University).
Charles Tarnocai
Technical AdvisorMr. Tarnocai has a strong technical background with extensive experience in mining and mineral exploration. Mr. Tarnocai’s past roles include, member of the board of directors of GT Gold Corp, Vice President, Corporate Development for Alamos Gold and Chief Geologist with Oro Gold Resources Ltd. Mr. Tarnocai holds a Ph.D in geological sciences from the University of Ottawa.
Erika Dohring
Corporate DevelopmentMrs. Dohring holds a M.Sc. in geology and mining engineering from LaSalle Beauvais (France) and grew into a career with exposure from field to capital market, and most recently as an entrepreneur. Over the years, Mrs. Dohring has built her expertise across three continents working for junior and major companies with primary focus on precious and base metals. Holding management roles in the previous years, she successfully negotiated, launched, and managed multiple programs in Mexico and Canada. She also led significant funding into copper exploration programs to discovery as financial manager for BHP alliance in Mexico. Mrs. Dohring has constantly been proactive in developing new ideas for growth, mergers, ventures, which recently brought her to work closely with the Fiore Group.
