Mr. Ferron has 20 years of mining industry, capital markets and corporate development experience. He has held senior level roles at Laramide Resources Ltd., Treasury Metals Inc., Fancamp Exploration, Omai Gold Mines, TMX Group and Scotiabank. Mr. Ferron has diverse merger and acquisitions experience, including Laramide’s Westwater ISR project acquisition and as CEO of Treasury Metals (now NexGold Mining Corp) led the Goldlund project acquisition, creating one of Canada’s largest gold developers. During his tenure as the CEO at Treasury, he created significant shareholder value.

Mr. Warren is a senior financial executive with over 30 years of experience in the resource sector both domestically and internationally. Mr. Warren has served as the CFO and/or a director of numerous public and private companies and is currently CFO at Goliath Resources Ltd. Mr. Warren has had extensive involvement in all facets of organizations including finance, human resources, sales, marketing and operations and has guided boards in their corporate governance obligations.

Mr. Webster has 20 years of mineral exploration industry experience and has held a range of operational and executive positions in privately-held and publicly-traded resource companies. Mr. Webster has significant experience in NW Ontario through Goldeye Explorations Ltd. where his efforts led to the signing of an exploration agreement with Sandy Lake First Nation and reactivation of exploration activities at the company’s Weebigee project. In roles and Golden Mallard Corp. and JVX Ltd., he has managed numerous geophysical services contracts and field surveys. Mr. Webster is currently president of RKB Wolf LLC which provides project management and consulting services to the resource sector.
